Sarah has a pragmatic sense of humor, which she applies to every facet of her life – from her qualitative research projects to her leadership position on the Firefly Global Qualitative Board to playing with her kids. This sense of humor helps her maintain a positive attitude even in the most challenging situations (and only occasionally gets her in trouble!) As the Director for Global Qualitative Network Management at Millward Brown, Sarah is in charge of best practices, training new team members and identifying ways to expand Firefly’s global network of services. Sarah has worked across a variety of industries, and has managed over 500 projects in over 40 countries throughout her career.

Sarah holds a B.A. in French Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and, an M.S. in Merchandising Management, International Retailing from Michigan State University.
